Return & Exchange Policy – MZ Scents

At MZ Scents, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver every order with care and quality. Please read our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

·        Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

·        Opened or used items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

·        Products can only be returned if there is a genuine issue such as:

o   Wrong item received

o   Damaged or defective item

2. Return Window

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

·        Your order number

·        Photos of the item and packaging

·        A brief explanation of the issue

3. Refunds

·        If a refund is approved (in rare cases where replacement is not possible), it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

·        Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Note

·        Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

·        Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
