Welcome to MZ Scents, where luxury meets fragrance. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for every customer. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing and delivery.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing

·        All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

·        You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been processed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

·        Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days nationwide.

·        Please note that delivery to certain remote or outlying areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

4. Shipping Charges

·        Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 250 for orders below PKR 3,000.

·        Free Shipping: Available on orders of PKR 3,000 or more.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

·        Unforeseen courier service disruptions

·        Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

·        Weather or logistical challenges

In the event of a delay, our support team will keep you informed throughout the process.

7. Packaging & Handling

All orders are securely packaged to ensure your perfumes arrive safely and intact. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, along with supporting photos.
