1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using this website, you represent that you are:

  • Perfume preferences are subjective, and opened items are non-returnable.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders may be paid for using accepted online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • MZ Scents reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days within Pakistan.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • You must contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Opened or used products are non-returnable under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety concerns.
